Services

Capabilities that hold under pressure.

Six integrated disciplines, delivered by one team. From the drilling floor to the fuel line, every scope has a named lead and a single reporting line.

Offshore drilling support

We support drilling operations from spud to release, pairing experienced wellsite personnel with dependable equipment and a single point of operational accountability. Our teams integrate directly with the operator’s drilling organisation, working to the same plan and the same stop-work standard.

  • Wellsite supervision
  • Equipment supply
  • Crew management
  • Emergency response

Marine logistics

Marine logistics is where schedules are won or lost. We plan every voyage against sea state, berth windows and platform capacity, then keep the plan live as conditions change. Vessel selection, cargo sequencing and manifest control are managed by one team.

  • Vessel chartering
  • Cargo planning
  • Personnel transfer
  • Manifest control

Fuel supply & bunkering

A late fuel stem can stop an entire campaign. We build redundancy into every supply plan: multiple terminals, vetted suppliers and live inventory visibility. Every delivery is documented to specification, with samples retained and certificates issued as standard.

  • Bulk fuel delivery
  • Bunkering services
  • Quality assurance
  • Inventory management

Storage & terminals

We operate and support terminals with the same discipline we apply offshore: controlled access, audited procedures and inventory that reconciles. Every movement is tracked, every inspection recorded and every deviation closed out.

  • Tank farm operations
  • Inventory tracking
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Inspection & maintenance

Energy project management

Complex scopes fail at the seams. Our project managers own the interfaces between engineering, procurement, marine and field operations, so nothing falls between contracts. You get a single plan, a single cost model and a single voice.

  • Project planning
  • Cost management
  • Risk assessment
  • Commissioning

Maintenance & integrity

Uptime is maintained long before a failure occurs. We deliver planned maintenance, rapid-response repairs and asset integrity programmes with full traceability. Work packs, permits and parts are prepared before mobilisation.

  • Planned maintenance
  • Emergency repairs
  • Parts supply
  • Asset integrity

How a campaign runs

Four phases. No hand-offs.

01

Enquiry & scoping

A 24-hour response, a technical call and a written scope with assumptions made explicit.

02

Engineering & assurance

Hazard studies, vessel selection, permitting and a resourced plan signed off before mobilisation.

03

Mobilisation

Crew, equipment and documentation staged against a live checklist. No surprises at the quay.

04

Execution & close-out

Daily reporting, change control and a full close-out pack, including lessons, not just invoices.

Practical questions

The things operators actually ask.

How quickly can you mobilise?

For scopes inside our core North Sea footprint, a scoping call can usually be held within 24 hours and a mobilisation plan issued within three working days. Emergency response is covered by our 24/7 operations desk.

Can you work inside our HSE system?

Yes. Our teams are routinely embedded in client permit-to-work, isolation and risk-assessment systems. We bring our own standards as a floor, then align to the operator’s system and reporting cadence.

Which regions do you cover?

Our core operations are in the North Sea and Norwegian Continental Shelf. Regional teams in Istanbul support the Mediterranean and Caspian, while our Manila office covers Southeast Asia. We also support projects across West Africa.

Do you subcontract, and who stays accountable?

We use a vetted supplier network for specialist services and vessel capacity. Regardless of subcontracting, one Phoenix operations lead remains accountable for scope, schedule, cost and reporting.

Scope review

Have a scope in mind? Let’s pressure-test it.

Send us the outline, the constraints and the date. We will come back with a realistic plan, including what we would not promise.
